Returns & Refunds

1. Return period

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal under consumer law.

2. Conditions

• Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
• Underwear, swimwear and personalised items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

3. Process

1. Email hola@antonyplus.com with order number and reason.
2. We will send return instructions.
3. After inspection, refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

4. Size/colour exchanges

Contact us; if stock is available, we will arrange an exchange or return as appropriate.
